"After weeks of tidying, organizing, and a little hard work, the Snövind Malamutes' kennels are looking better than ever. From cleaning up the grounds to building and painting the fence, it's been a satisfying project—especially with the dogs supervising!"
Following our recent kennel cleanup, we've made significant strides in improving the outdoor areas for our Malamutes. This update focuses on clearing the grass around the kennels, setting up tables for our grooming and training sessions, and constructing a new back gate for better access and security.
Here are some photos of the dogs keeping me company while I worked. Whether supervising, exploring, or playing, they made the hard work much more enjoyable!
Power Supply & Evening Lights:
By evening, we had added a power supply and installed lights. This allows us to continue working and caring for the dogs even as the daylight fades. The new lighting has already made a noticeable difference in visibility and safety around the kennels.

After several days of cleaning, building, painting, and organizing, the kennel area is now fully finished and ready for the pack. From cleared grounds and new gates to functional tables and storage, it's been a productive project—and Luna made sure to inspect everything herself!

Cabinet for Storage:
A new cabinet now safely stores dog food, harnesses, and leads, keeping everything organized and easy to access. -
Table & Workspace:
The table is in place with chairs and a computer, creating a practical workspace for grooming, training records, and general kennel management. -
Front Gate:
The front gate has been repaired and freshly painted, improving both security and aesthetics. -
Back Gate:
The back gate is now fully built and painted, providing secure and easy access to the kennels.
Luna's Inspection:
Luna made her rounds inspecting the work, making sure everything met her high standards. She even seemed impressed with the new setup!

Before Snövind Malamutes, my love for adventure took me on the open road with my Aprilia RST 1000 Futura motorcycle. Weekends spent riding shaped the freedom and drive I bring to life with my pack today.
A day out with friends, motorcycles, and plenty of firewood—just another summer day preparing for winter and life with the Snövind pack.
Balancing a full-time job with caring for my incredible pack of seven Alaskan Malamutes is a rewarding challenge. To keep up with their energy and enjoy training and running together, I’m committed to improving my fitness, losing weight, and building muscle.
